The providers we work with
A small set of trusted providers (sub-processors) helps us run Erioun. Each one processes data only on our instructions:
- Supabase — database, authentication and file storage.
- OVHcloud — application hosting on Erioun's own EU server.
- Mistral AI — AI features, on the content you choose to process.
- Anthropic — the AI models behind tailored CV and cover-letter writing, interview coaching, and reading the tracker file you import. Processed under standard contractual clauses; your content is not used to train their models.
- Cloudflare — network protection and delivery for erioun.com, and the gateway that carries requests to Anthropic's models.
- Lettermint — email delivery and inbound routing.
- Revolut — subscription and one-time plan payments (we never see full card details).
- PostHog — privacy-friendly product analytics to improve Erioun.
- Adzuna and similar job-data sources — only to surface public job listings in Opportunity Radar.
Recipients you choose
A provider above processes data on our instructions. Some people see your data because you decided they should, and they are not the same thing:
- A coach you have granted access to — under your explicit, capability-by-capability consent, for the purpose they wrote down, for as long as you allow it. They are independently responsible for what they see, they may not copy it into any system of their own, and what they agree to is on the Coach terms page.
- Anyone you send something to yourself — an employer you apply to, a funder you hand an activity report to, a friend you forward a CV to. Once you send it, it is out of Erioun and out of our control.

Do you sell my data to these partners?
No. Providers process data only to deliver their service to Erioun under contract. Erioun does not sell user data.
Why prioritise European providers?
Strong, accountable privacy and legal frameworks are easier to verify and align with how we treat sensitive job-search data.
Who are Erioun's sub-processors?
Supabase (database, auth, storage), OVHcloud (EU hosting), Mistral AI (AI features), Anthropic (the AI models behind tailored CV and cover-letter writing, interview coaching and tracker import), Cloudflare (network protection and the gateway to Anthropic's models), Lettermint (email delivery and routing), Revolut (payments), PostHog (privacy-friendly analytics) and job-data sources such as Adzuna for Opportunity Radar.
What do the AI providers see?
Mistral AI processes only the content you choose to run an AI action on, when you trigger it. A small number of automatic steps also run — classifying replies to your alias, reading an uploaded CV, and safety-checking an email before you send it — and each is listed in Settings › AI.
Which AI provider handles what?
Mistral AI, in the EU, handles most of it: job-description summaries, follow-up drafts, radar match scoring and inbound email classification. Anthropic handles the heavier writing — tailored CVs, cover letters, long-form answers in the extension, interview coaching, and reading the tracker file you import. Requests to Anthropic's models are carried over Cloudflare's AI gateway.
Does Erioun see my card details?
No. Payments are processed by Revolut; Erioun never sees your full card details.
Is a coach a sub-processor?
No, and we will not list one as such. A sub-processor handles data on Erioun's instructions; a coach handles it on their own, for their own coaching purpose, and only because you granted them access. They are an independent controller and a recipient you chose.
