Refunds at Erioun are simple and fair, and they always respect your statutory consumer rights. This page explains exactly when you can get a refund, how the EU/EEA 14-day right of withdrawal works, and how to ask.
Companies run structured pipelines over candidates. This is that structure for your side — role, CV, replies and next move in one record that keeps itself current.

A classified reply moves the stage forward — you're one tap from adjusting.
Today's priorities tells you the next move instead of asking you to remember it.
Your first paid purchase comes with the full 14-day EU/EEA right of withdrawal. Repeat purchases start immediately and are non-refundable, except where the law requires. We always refund when a paid feature is faulty or not delivered. Credits or features you've already used can't be refunded.
This policy is part of the Erioun Terms of Service and applies to all paid Erioun plans (Starter, Standard, Premium) billed monthly, yearly or as a one-time lifetime payment, and to any AI or email credit purchases. Erioun is operated by Loukas Tzekos – Sole Proprietorship (Thessaloniki, Greece).
If you're an EU/EEA consumer, your first paid purchase is covered by the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal:
When you check out again — a renewal, an upgrade, or extra credits — you ask us to start that service immediately:
A one-time lifetime purchase has the 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, provided you have not substantially consumed the paid value (for example, heavy use of AI credits). After 14 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable except where the law requires. Lifetime access granted by a code rather than a payment is not a purchase and has nothing to refund.
Regardless of the above, we refund where the law requires it — for example:
To keep things fair:
It's one email — no forms:
If something looks wrong on your statement, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Opening a chargeback without contacting us may lead to your account being suspended while the dispute is investigated.
Nothing in this policy limits the consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence or under EU/EEA law, including the right of withdrawal and remedies for faulty digital services. EU consumers can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

Yes. EU/EEA consumers can withdraw from their first paid plan or credit purchase within 14 days, for any reason. Every plan also starts with a 14-day free trial before any charge.
No — by purchasing again you request immediate performance and waive the 14-day withdrawal right for that purchase. We still always refund where the law requires it.
A paid lifetime purchase keeps the 14-day right of withdrawal, provided you haven't substantially consumed the paid value. After 14 days it's non-refundable except where the law requires. Lifetime granted by a code isn't a purchase, so there's nothing to refund.
Whenever the law requires it: a paid feature that's faulty, materially not as described or not delivered; an erroneous or double charge; or any case mandated by EU/EEA or national consumer law.
