No outcome promises
Erioun cannot guarantee replies, interviews or offers.
Erioun helps users organise, prepare and manage their job search. These early terms explain responsible use, subscription rules, credits, refunds, data controls and platform boundaries in plain language.
The terms explain what Erioun does, what it does not do and what remains your responsibility.
Erioun cannot guarantee replies, interviews or offers.
No scraping, bypassing, abuse or misrepresentation.
AI and email-heavy features are not unlimited.
Erioun helps you organise and manage your own job search. Use it responsibly, and a few things stay true: we never auto-submit applications, we can't guarantee interviews or offers, and you stay in control of your data and your decisions.
Erioun is operated by Loukas Tzekos – Sole Proprietorship (Thessaloniki, Greece). 'We', 'us' and 'Erioun' mean that business; 'you' means the person using Erioun. Full details are on the Company Details and Legal Requirements pages.
Erioun is software: a personal application tracker (a candidate-side ATS) with tools like CV Fit Score, Email Hub and Opportunity Radar. Erioun is not a recruiter, placement or staffing agency, employer, or a legal, financial or immigration advisor, and it does not submit applications for you.
You're responsible for your account and what you do with Erioun. Please:
To keep Erioun safe and lawful, don't:
Erioun offers paid plans (Starter, Standard and Premium), each billable monthly, yearly or as a one-time lifetime payment, and every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. AI-heavy and email-heavy features use credits or plan limits that are shown before you use them — they are not unlimited. Prices, taxes and what each plan includes are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew until you cancel; you can cancel any time, which stops future charges at the end of the current period. If you cancel, a payment fails, or you choose to pause, your account moves to a free archive (freeze) state that retains your existing data and CVs with reduced limits and without AI, Opportunity Radar or new CV creation.
We keep refunds simple and fair:
Erioun's AI gives drafts, summaries and analysis to support your decisions; fit scores are deterministic comparisons of your CV text with the job description. Any of it can be wrong, and none of it guarantees accuracy, interviews, replies, offers, ATS success or any hiring outcome. You remain responsible for what you send and submit.
Kaeros is a separate, optional human service — CV writing, LinkedIn, cover letters and interview prep — from the same company. Erioun software and any Kaeros order are billed and governed separately, and sharing data with Kaeros always requires your action.
You keep the rights to the content you add (CVs, notes, job details) and grant us only the permission needed to store and process it to run the service for you. Erioun's own software, design and brand remain ours — please don't copy or reuse them without permission.
Erioun is in active development. We may add, change or remove features, and the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We may update these terms; for significant changes we'll give reasonable notice, and continuing to use Erioun means you accept the update.
Erioun is provided 'as is'. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunities or hiring outcomes. Nothing here limits rights that can't be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
You can stop using Erioun and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or the law, or where needed to protect the service and its users.
These terms are governed by Greek law, and the consumer-protection rules of your country of residence still apply. We'll always try to resolve issues with you directly first — email support@erioun.com. EU consumers can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
