It doesn't meter the part you rely on. Reading, filing and classifying your replies is free on every plan, including Free. On a paid plan the everyday AI actions — fit scores, follow-up drafts, job-description summaries, CV summaries, radar match scoring, application drafts — are unlimited. Four heavier actions (tailored CV generation, long-form writing in the extension, interview-coach chat, and OCR pages) have a monthly allowance shown next to the button. There is no currency, nothing to buy, and nothing to top up.
What happens when I hit a limit?
Nothing is lost. Inbound mail over the weekly cap is held and stays visible in your Email Hub, never bounced — upgrading releases it. Sending pauses until next month. When a monthly AI allowance runs out, that one action waits for the reset; everything else, including tracking and filing, continues. Your tracked applications are never capped on any plan.
Are the aliases private?
Yes. Recruiters see a clean address like maria.pavlou.284@apply.erioun.com. We never touch your personal inbox, and you can export or delete everything anytime.
How does the trial work?
It applies to Standard and Expert only — the free plan needs no trial and no card, and does not expire. On a paid plan: 14 days, full plan features. You add a card at the start with a €0 authorization — nothing is charged during the trial, and we email you three days before it ends with the exact amount and date. Cancel in two clicks.
How do cancellations and refunds work?
You can cancel in-app at any time; you keep access until the end of the paid period. First purchases carry the EU 14-day right of withdrawal — see the refund policy.
Is the price I see the final price?
Yes — the price shown is the total you pay, with all applicable taxes included. Nothing extra is added at checkout (for EU customers that means VAT is already in the price).
