For coaches

See what employers did, not what your client logged.

Career coaching works better when the picture is real, and when a session can start with it instead of building it. Erioun gives each client a private candidate-side ATS they own — and gives you a panel over it that reads what employers did rather than what your client remembered to log.

Your side of the pipeline

Nobody had to remember to log it.

Companies run structured pipelines over candidates and never ask the candidate to update a row. This is that structure for your side — role, CV, replies and next move in one record that keeps itself current.

Its own email trail

Every application gets its own address, so replies file under the right role by themselves.

Statuses maintain themselves

A classified reply moves the stage forward — you're one tap from adjusting.

Next action clear

Today's priorities tells you the next move instead of asking you to remember it.

Frequently asked

How can a career coach use Erioun with clients?

You buy seats — one per client, minimum three — and offer them one person at a time. Each seat is an Expert account that person owns. From your panel you can see who needs you and why, share roles with a reason, set tasks, write CV versions and prepare whole applications for them to approve. The panel itself costs nothing.

Do coaches need to share client lists with Erioun?

No. The preferred partner flow is invite-based: the coach shares an invitation link or an introduction, and each client signs up directly. The client owns their account, data, consent choices and deletion/export controls.

Can a program see every client's private data?

No. A shared coaching view exists and is off by default: buying a seat and someone accepting it give a coach nothing at all. It requires that client's explicit, capability-by-capability consent and a purpose the coach writes down in their own words, which the client reads verbatim before deciding. The client can end it in one tap, it expires on its own within 90 days, and what a coach is shown is derived — counts, stages and dates — never a recruiter's name, address or message.

What kind of clients are a good fit?

The strongest fit is an active job seeker applying across many roles, especially international professionals, expats, bootcamp graduates or people juggling several CV versions and follow-up dates.

What happens to a client when the coaching ends?

They keep a working account. Everything stays theirs — applications, emails, and every CV version the coach wrote for them — and Expert runs to the end of the period already paid for. After that they can keep Expert, move to Standard, or do nothing and land on Free, which keeps the full tracker with no cap on applications.

Built for control, not spam

Give a client the tracker, and give yourself the picture.

Seats start at three, the panel costs nothing, and nothing is visible to you until that client decides what to share.
